The invisible burden of modern life, unspoken despair, and internal emotional storms — amidst these realities, Nargiz Ilgar qizi Hasanova shines a light in people’s lives through her professional psychological support. Born on January 11, 1987, Nargiz Hasanova has been working as a professional psychologist for nearly six years, during which she has brought positive change to hundreds of individuals. She received her education at the Institute of Psychotherapy and Medical Psychology named after B.D. Karvasarski in Saint Petersburg. She is currently a member of the All-Russian Professional Psychotherapeutic League (OPPL) and holds internationally recognized accreditations and certifications.
In her practice, Hasanova uses modern and effective techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Metaphoric Associative Cards (MAC). Her core areas of focus include family relationships, emotional difficulties, depression and panic attacks, screen fatigue, setting personal boundaries, and self-actualization.
Nargiz Hasanova also works to raise awareness in society about key psychological issues that often go unnoticed:
1. “The Silent Anxiety of the Strong” – Supporting individuals who appear functional and strong on the outside but are silently battling emotional burdens.
2. Emotional hunger and eating behaviors – The tendency among women to compensate for a lack of love and attention with food, and its psychological roots.
3. “Masked” depression and silent panic attacks – Mental health issues that may not display typical symptoms but significantly affect one’s life.
4. Fear of intimacy in relationships – The inner conflict between the desire to be loved and the fear of closeness.
Operating in both Azerbaijani and Russian, Hasanova believes that mental health is a universal right and devotes her scientific and human abilities to support that mission.
