ICF-certified PCC-level coach and NLP practitioner Kamala Guluzade has been awarded the “The Successful Coach of the Year” title at the Millionaire Concept Gala held on December 1, 2025.

After completing her higher education, Guluzade dedicated her professional path to psychology and coaching, participating in numerous local and international training programs. Her work focuses on individual coaching sessions, NLP techniques, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness, aiming to help individuals recognize their inner strengths and make conscious, sustainable life changes.

As a certified member of the International Coaching Federation at PCC level, Guluzade is recognized for applying professional coaching standards and methodologies in her practice. She views coaching not only as a profession but as a process of returning to one’s authentic self, emphasizing deep understanding, self-confidence, and activation of inner potential in every session.
