Driven by a passion for storytelling, Makhmudova expanded her vision beyond retail by creating Begim Perfumes – Treasure Collection, a prestigious fragrance line crafted in France. Each perfume is inspired by the history, legends and treasures of the Great Silk Road, with iconic collections such as Samarkand Spirit, Bukhara Spirit, Ruby of Temur and Kohinur Diamond. Beyond the world of perfumery, Dr. Makhmudova is an internationally respected cultural ambassador. Holding a PhD in Art Studies, she has authored books, historical novels, children's stories and screenplays dedicated to the civilizations of the Silk Road.
